New for the 2018-2019 program year, we have four committees: Social, Volunteering,
Welcoming and Communications. Find a detailed description of the committees we envision

We have at least one event every month, such as outings to local burger joints or bars. Individual members may also volunteer to organize activities such as movie and game nights, or community service events. About 5-10 members attend individual events, so new members need not feel intimidated. We welcome new members and new ideas.

The Humanist Study Group welcomes anyone who is interested in exploring varieties of religious belief, human behavior, ethics, morality and just about anything else from a humanist perspective.  Our roots go back to the ancient Greeks, through the Enlightenment, and end up in the non-theistic side of Unitarian-Universalism.  Our discussions are inspired by current articles, books and topics generated in our meetings.
