Our congregation relies on pledges to our Annual Stewardship Campaign, the Annual Goods and Services Auction, and in a number of other ways that members and friends can help provide the financial support for our many outstanding programs and community outreach activities. Please read on to see how you might be able to help to fund our vision.

scripGrocery Cards & Gift Cards (Great Lakes Scrip Program)

Stop by the Scrip Table on Sundays during Social Hour to learn about our scrip program. In addition to grocery cards, we have cards for many local merchants. Learn how you can direct-order cards from over 600 merchants to benefit the congregation's operating budget.

It's an easy way to support the operations of the church just for buying what you normally buy, at no additional cost to you!

You can use scrip to order in store or online. Online GLS orders can be prepaid at the Scrip Table or purchased directly once you've enrolled in "PrestoPay" (see links at right).

On Sundays we offer many scrip gift cards during social hour (our rebate % in parentheses):

  • Ace Hardware (4%)
  • Amazon (4% + bonus for ordering through UUAA portal to Amazon)
  • CVS (6%)
  • Lands' End (16%)
  • L.L. Bean (17%)
  • Mainstreet Restaurants (12%)
  • Meijer (3%)
  • Panera (9%)

...and many more!

You can download a pdf version of the complete list of cards we carry that you can purchase at the table or order in advance.

QUUest Bookstore

book tableChurch members who had a love of books that were soul enriching and challenging to the mind formed the QUUest Bookstore in 2004.

Books have been gathered on a variety of subjects, books about the UU faith, history, spiritual goals, meditations, poetry and a variety of titles of general interest to UUs. Titles are selected from the UU world, references from sermons, forums and workshops, as well as suggestions from fellow congregants.

QUUest Bookstore will be open BETWEEN SERVICES ONLY beginning Sunday, January 3, 2016  to enable bookstore staff to participate in the congregation activities that often begin soon after the close of the second service.

Portions of the profits from sales are donated to the congregation's general fund several times a year. Please stop by QUUest and look over our many exciting titles.
