ZOOM – Date Night: Attachment Theory

Attachment theory describes how our relationships with a primary caregiver, most commonly a parent, impacts our adult relationships and causes us to form a primary attachment style. In this Zoom class, we will explore the different attachment styles, how they impact our relationships, and how we can find greater healing and connection. The class will be led by the Rev. Cassandra Hartley.
