Draft Mission, Vision, Purpose Statements
Last May, the Board of Trustees introduced a draft set of statements for UUAA's mission, vision and purpose. The statements were created in collaboration between members of the Board, the Vision Leadership Team, UUAA staff, and our Vision 20/50 consultants. Please take time to read and think about these draft statements of UUAA Mission, Vision and Purpose. Discussion sessions will be coming in Fall 2021.
Communications Policy Updates * May
All congregants, and especially staff and lay leaders are encouraged to read the *new and improved* communications policies on the Operations Policies page of this website. The Communications Committee (chaired by Kim Ellerthorpe) and Communications Ministry Specialist Karishma Gottfried are proud to announce several new and/or updated policies and guidelines surrounding communications at UUAA. This includes updated Communications and Content Policies, as well as newly created Social Media and Group Communications Guidelines. These policies have been reviewed by the Shared Ministries Team and the Board of Trustees. Follow this link to read or download the new policies.
