[A2VeganPotlucks] September 14th Potluck

Hi all!

	Sixteen of us got together for a great yummy potluck and discussion today. See the enclosed recipes and upcoming events. 

	One site someone recommended is wholefoodsplantbasedcookingshow.com.  Another recommended site is nhk.or.jp to  check out Japanese world medical frontiers to find out more about the soy natto. 

        The next potluck is the third Saturday of October—the 19th. We hope to see you then.
