[menscouncil] Schedule Decided

Hi all
thank you all for answering the scheduling poll.
Based on responses, I am happy to report that everybody said they can meet
on May 6 which allows us to move away from our scheduled May 13 meeting
time. The May 13 date conflicted with Tom's son's graduation date and
actually one more person could not make the 13.

Finding a suitable time for July was not as smooth as all dates proposed
would miss someone. Our scheduled date 7/8 was the worst actually with only
6 being able to make it. For 7/29 we can have 8 people present so I went
with that date (6/24 was ok for only 7 people).

The 7/29 is also closer to the retreat so it will allow for us to hear a
more fleshed out plan from the retreat planning group.
