[menscouncil] Fwd: Men’s dinner

Note we are also still dealing with COVID.  I would dislike seeing people
coming, thinking I am probably no longer contagious, I'm feeling better,
and I don't want to be out $35 from this dinner.  Maybe in future events
where we may have last minute dropouts due to sickness, we should factor
this in.
