[menscouncil] Men's Breakfast 2024 questions

Men,

My mother's health is declining and I have decided to stay with her in
Japan for a while.  I'm leaving on 12/31.  At the moment, I don't know how
long I will be gone.  It could be as long as six months or more.  Of
course, I will be in touch with the church remotely as much as possible.

As for our Men's Monthly Breakfast, I can announce it monthly in the church
newsletter and through the UUAAMEN Google group.  But I won't be able to
attend breakfasts and report the activities to the council.  This leads to
the following questions.

   - Can someone from the council regularly attend the breakfast and report
   to the council while I handle the announcement part?
   - Should we just designate someone else to run the breakfast altogether
   including the announcement and reporting?
   - Any other ideas?
   - In general, is there anything I can contribute to the council remotely
   if I'm available?

Can we discuss this at the next Zoom meeting?  I have already handled the
announcement for January.

I would appreciate your input.
