[menscouncil] Voting for the 2024 Men's Council

Thank you Bob for leading the election effort. We have a good combination
of commitment, experience, and energy in the coming year's council. I am
hopeful the stewardship of the Men community will continue forward.

I am thankful also for the three years of service from Tim, Tom, and John.
Please come on Jan 13, we'll make room in the agenda for you to share
parting words (2-3 minutes of uninterrupted speech each) if you'd like. If
you have advice,  critique, or praise for those of us who remain, this
would be a good time to share them. If for some reason you cannot make it
but want to share your comments in writing, please send an email and I'll
read it into the record.
