[menscouncil] Testing updated men's council list

Dear UUAA Men's Council friends,

I've been working with Jim Schaefer to update the Men's Council mailing
list.

The mailing address has not changed; it is still:
menscouncil at uuaa.org

The changes are:

   - I've updated the membership to reflect the current nine members of the
   council (thanks Jim for providing me with the list)
   - The list has been changed from using the "cpanel" "forwarder"
   mechanism to using the "Gnu Mailman" list management software

The new mailing list software should be more flexible.  Messages should be
marked in the subject line with [menscouncil] for easy identification (or
automated sorting, for people who do such things).  Also, the tools are
available for things like blocking spammers.  In general we have not had a
lot of problems with abuse of UUAA lists, but now we have the mechanism.

My thanks to all of you for your volunteer work for UUAA and for serving on
the UUAA Men's Council.
