[menscouncil] Helping out at the Men's Dinner?

Hi all
I am writing to the current Men's Council as well as recent council members
with a request for help. Plans are well underway for our Men's Dinner on
April 22 and lead positions for all aspects of the work during that day are
taken. We still need some assistance specifically

1) an assistant for check-in to work with Bob
2) an assistant for food setup to work with Russ
3) an assistant for bar and dessert to work with me (more may be better so
we can take turns, as the bar is open through the evening)

Tim and Tom are occupied with the program so I'd rather not double task
them. Tim is also emceeing
I have heard that Mojtaba and John are going to be away that day. I am
wondering whether others of you will be at the dinner and might be able to
lend a hand.
