[menscouncil] Men's Dinner on April 22: building and social hall questions

   - Can we get the fob for building access the Sunday before (4/16)? And
   return it the next day, 4/23?  yes, please see me.
   - We expect that we'll be in the building starting at 4. And we'll leave
   by 9 or 9:30, after cleaning up. Are those times OK? Is there anything that
   has to be done with the alarm system, or does that disable and enable
   automatically?  time is ok, you do not need to do anything with an alarm
   system.  I can review the after hours building use, checking doors when you
   leave, etc.
   - How many washable place settings does the church have?  plenty - I can
   show you where they are in the kitchen
   - How many washable cups do they have (do we need to buy cups)?  we
   have washable cups.  how many do you need?  I can show you what we have.
   - Is it OK if we leave the dishwasher full and come back the next day
   to empty ?  let me check with the daycare that uses our dishwasher
   to work out the logistics of this request.
   - Are there towels to hand wash and dry dishes, dish washing soap ?  yes
   I can show you where.
   - Where can we find the layout to make sure we set up the social hall
   correctly for Sunday morning?  the layout is posted on the refrigerator
   in the big kitchen.  thank you for thinking about that!
