[menscouncil] notice of meeting and call for agenda items

Pat, all,
   I've decided that I will not seek another term on the Men's Council. If
you all ever need help with any event and I'm in town, I'll be happy to
help out; just let me know. I enjoyed this last Men's Retreat, and I hope
the Retreats continue, in whatever format is used.  I'll see y'all
around....
