[menscouncil] skills' list

Hello all
At our last meeting, the four of us present (Bob, Jim, Kenji, and I)
discussed the council's possible role in supporting light maintenance and
repair tasks that might be needed at the church.  We discussed possibly
surveying the men in the congregation about te skills they have and could
provide. I asked Deb Markum whether she could use having access to a list
of skills that men in the congregation could contribute and she was
delighted with the possibility. Now is the time to create such survey. Is
someone interested in taking the lead on this matter?

I figure it does not need to be lengthy. It could probably include a
preface describing the goal (saving church money) and then prompt people to
indicate which skills they have, which equipment they own and know how to
use, etc.
