[menscouncil] Proposed budget for the 2024 Fall Retreat

Gentlemen,

The budget shared last month was approved by email vote by 7 members of the
Men's Council, so it passes.

A few action items prior to the dinner next Saturday:

   - At the close of our program Saturday night, we want to talk up the
   retreat. Who would like to promote the retreat (so I can add a name to the
   program)?
   - We should add a payment option for the men's retreat to Onrealm.org.
   (An option for the women's retreat is there now.)
   - I'm pleased to see the registration form is ready to go. However,
   please proofread the intro blurb.  I believe the retreat dates are Oct
   4-6, not 5-7. And we can eliminate the mention of September 30.
   - Can we have a flyer or handout for Saturday night? That way, everyone
   has something to take home, to check their calendar, reminder to register,
   etc .

Thank you for all the great work on the retreat to date. It's gonna be a
great weekend.
