[menscouncil] [PLEASE REVIEW] Detailed agenda for Saturday's dinner (internal use only)

Greetings,

At last week's planning meeting, Bill, Pat, and I drafted the program for
Saturday night's dinner. I've fleshed it out and added timing:

Please look it over and let me know if you have any concerns about content
or timing. I've *bolded those people who are speaking *during different
parts of the evening.

I plan to email an abbreviated version of this program to all attendees
tomorrow - as a reminder that the dinner is coming up Saturday.

I know that Pat, Mojtaba, and Kenji are not able to attend. And that Erik
has his own timetable for delivering the food. I hope the rest of us can be
there around 4-ish to ensure a smooth set-up.

   - We do have 8 other men who offered to help with set-up, starting at
   4:30.

*Bill and Jim*: Along with myself, we three have the most "speaking parts".
Please review the program - contact me with any edits.

A few open items:

   - We've been instructed that the front door needs to remain locked -
   unless we have someone there, greeting people. *We could use a volunteer
   or two* to be greeters from 5 or so until 6. (We could also enlist some
   "set-up" volunteers to help with that.) After 6 (or whenever the greeters
   head back to the social hall), we'll have to close the door and post a sign
   with someone's number to call or text and have the door opened.
   - *I could use a volunteer or two* to help me start the
   registrations/check-ins/payment process at 5:30. At 5:45, I need to leave
   registrations to begin the program for the evening.
   - *Bill*: Do you need assistance at the beverage table?
   - Speaking about the retreat, sometime between 8-8:20 - *Who do we have
   that will be talking that up?*

One more thing you'll be receiving from me, hopefully by Thursday - a
Google slides deck that we can use throughout the program.

I think this is shaping up to be a terrific evening. I can almost taste the
great meal already!
