[menscouncil] UUAAMEN email group maintenance

Thanks Bob. I've been getting those messages too and I approve them as soon
as I can. Today you beat me to it!

I think there is more than belonging or not. Google has been flagging
messages using their AI, as some very legit members sometimes are flagged
too. You can ignore the messages and I'll take care of them for the rest of
the year, then I am off the council.
