[menscouncil] Proposed candidates for Election for 2025

Hello everyone,

I am a little behind on this but here are the 3 candidates I would like the
council to propose.

There was a little waffling on my part which slowed things down.

I suggest we put forward:
Bob Dinan
Rick Witten
John Smart

There are two other candidates who have gone through the necessary
steps but I think the most reliable and committed are the three above.
