[menscouncil] 1/2 page flyer to promote April dinner

Hi Bob,

Are we going to be making anything?

I know we like the name but I think it sets the wrong expectations if we
don't have a more concrete plan for making things.

Renaming it simply "Making Friends" would be much better, I think we're
going to generate some frustration by setting inaccurate expectations.

Otherwise the document details look good.
