Hi,

The Spring Dinner is just two weeks away. We currently have 20
registrations:

Yesterday I compiled a list of men who attended either last year's dinner
or retreat (or both) and have not yet registered for the dinner. The total
was 40 men. I have sent personalized invitations to the dinner to about 70%
of the list so far. I'll hit the rest today.

I'll send one more blast to the entire Google group early next week. We'll
also talk it up at the April 6 men's breakfast.

Bill has been promoting the dinner via the weekly newsletter and the
Facebook group.

If you haven't already, please talk up the dinner to your men's circle.

The last marketing channel is the social hall this Sunday and next. We now
have a table, a table sign, and the half-page flyers. Plus Origami!

I will be attending the second service this Sunday, but probably won't
arrive before 11:30. If someone can staff the table between services, that
would be a big help:

We could also use a few volunteers for Sunday, April 7, in the social hall.

Two notes:

   - The sign, flyers, Origami are either in the Men's Council mailbox in
   the office OR in our storage box on the shelves in the kitchen. I wasn't
   there after the second service, so I'm not sure where it all got stored.
   - There are two tabs in the Registration spreadsheet (link is above).
   One tab has those currently registered. The second tab is those men who've
   told us they can't make it. Please browse the list so that you don't hit up
   anyone we've already spoken to or heard from.

Thanks.  The dinner is shaping up to be a wonderful success. (And I haven't
even factored in Erik's amazing menu!)
