[menscouncil] Request for Your UUAA Group's Annual Report

UUAA Group Leaders:

It is time for all groups and teams to provide submissions for
UUAA’s Annual Report, prepared each year in advance of the June
congregational meeting. Because this is a significant document that
requires time to assemble, we greatly appreciate your prompt attention to
this effort.

Please submit your report no later than *May 19, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.*

Don’t know where to begin? Use these helpful tips to get started!

1. *Aim for a report of 300 words*; submissions significantly beyond this
will be returned for further editing. When appropriate, use bulleted lists
to encourage others to read what you’ve shared. UUAA staff will not edit
your report.

2. *Basic elements to include:*


   - The recognized team’s name
   - The author(s) of the team’s report
   - A brief description of the team or ministry
   - Highlights from May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024
   - Focus on major themes or a few key accomplishments. Your report need
   not include every detail — just enough to give others the flavor of your
   group’s ministry.

3. *Additional elements you may want to include:*


   - Names of active participants in the ministry
   - A description of how UUAA core values were met by the team
   - Future ideas, plans, and goals to support Vision 20/50

Submit your report as a Word file to annualreport at uuaa.org*. *If you have
questions, please let me know.
