[menscouncil] Men's Council Elections 2025

In our discussions about filling the vacancies in January, I failed to
mention that my position is technically open come January.

I am the only person finishing a first term this year. I would like to be
considered for a second three-year term. So I would like my name to be on
the ballot as well, if no one has an objection.

Jim, perhaps you can include this point in the minutes for the meeting.
