[menscouncil] Kenji's 2025 schedule

Men,

As I mentioned at the end of our meeting today, I wanted to be transparent
about my upcoming plans and their potential interference with the Men's
Council's duties.

   - I will be in Japan *from 10/2 to 12/2* this year to help my mom's
   transition into a nursing home.
   - I may be in Japan again around February/March 2025 to sort out my
   mom's other businesses (tax return, asset management, etc.) unless I
   figure out ways to do them remotely.
   - I have agreed to lecture at a university in Japan in June 2025; I
   may be in Japan again around that time unless they allow me to do it
   remotely.

Many factors, such as my mom's health, could affect my schedule in 2025.
There are still many unknowns. I am willing to contribute to the council
but might be unable to.

I appreciate your reading my comments above. Please let me know what you
