[RestorativeJustice] ICPJ Annual Harvest Dinner

Happy to participate.  I believe budget for advertisement could/ should
come from uu... social justice.. I'm not sure if restorative justice has
any more money but I'll check.  In the past social justice would ask
Minister, uuaa for support for advertisement or something.
