Thanks, all, for your feedback.  I recommend that everyone purchase a ticket on your own and I’ll find a way to reserve some tables for UUAA folks.  It will be great to reconnect!

Sally, the advertisement is due by September 15, so we’ll have a day or so to follow up after the SJ Council meeting on Monday. I could also be in touch with the communications lead at UUAA, if they’re not available to join the meeting.  It would be great to come out of that with some agreement on what we want to include.

Happy to participate.  I believe budget for advertisement could/ should come from uu... social justice.. I'm not sure if restorative justice has any more money but I'll check.  In the past social justice would ask Minister, uuaa for support for advertisement or something.

Thanks for following up on this! I was just about to send a message to a number of folks at UUAA who are friends of ICPJ, encouraging at least 10 folks to join me at the event.  

I hadn’t thought about how that might work in terms of me buying X number of tickets, but would love to be able to reserve a few tables. Based on my involvement with the organizing of food trucks, tables, etc. we’re likely going to have tables of 4-8, not 10 this year (tied to covid social distancing).    

Let me know your thoughts on how best to go about this, before I do a broader outreach.

Here are the different ticket options:

Composter ($125 per ticket) x______ = $_______

(Pay what you can for student, youth, low-income friends)

Cultivator ($200 for 1 tkt + donation) x______ = $_______

Dinner Sponsor ($1,000, 5 tickets) x______ = $_______

Dinner Benefactor x______ = $_______

($5,000, 10 tickets + 1 full page advertisement)

And, do we want to consider putting something in the tribute Program booklet that thanks the honoree, awardees, and all of the social justice warriors in the community, perhaps on behalf of the UUAA social justice council and/or a few different groups?  

That might help us promote the congregation, our 3 priority areas, and our commitments/efforts to partner with others in the community.  I’d be willing to contribute to that as a donation to ICPJ and an in-kind for UUAA.

Here are the costs for the advertisement:

*	Full Page (7” x 10”) $250
*	Half Page (7” x 5”) $150
*	1/4 Page (3.5” x 5”) $ 75
*	1/8 Page (3.5” x 2.5”) $ 50
*	Please add $25 if design assistance is needed

Last time the dinner was held in person, we (UUAA) for 10 people together for a table at the fundraiser.  

So, I guess we just have to ask around to see who wants to go.  I am cc’ing Jeanine.  The former rep to the ICPJ bd was our point person.

Or, we could not worry about another organizing task and just go as individuals.
