TrUU Hope Movie Night: The Half of It

This film tells the story of Ellie Chu, a teen who makes money doing other kids’ homework, and soon makes money writing love letters to her crush for someone else. A beautiful story about young love and what it means to be yourself, this film will make your heart soar.

TrUU Hope is a UUAA group for LGBTQIA+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and similarly identified) youth. We aim to grow community and to provide social, support, educational, and activist programs and opportunities for our youth to explore their identities and interests.
