September 17 Visitor Celebration Sunday

September 17 Visitor Celebration Sunday

Sunday, September 17, 9:30am & 11:30am, services in person and online

Choose Your Own Adventure

Unitarian Universalism is a tradition that celebrates the individuality of our spiritual journeys and our ability to choose what that journey looks like.  This Sunday we explore both the challenge and power of making healthy choices in our lives.  We will also welcome local visitors/newcomers, on this Visitor Celebration Sunday, as well as special guests from our UU DRUUMM (Diverse Revolutionary UU Multicultural Ministries, our national Black, indigenous, people of color organization) family, who are joining us virtually this Sunday.

Bring Your Friends, Folks, Family, and Neighbors to Visitor Celebration Sunday

Please invite your friends, family, extended family, and connections to join us at UUAA on September 17 for either the 9:30am or 11:30am service for Visitor Celebration Sunday! This is an opportunity for UUAA to open our congregation and community to new faces and put the concept of “Radical Welcome” into practice.

This Sunday service will center around more introductory Unitarian Universalist concepts for those who might be new to the faith (or need a refresher!). Visitors are invited to the Welcome Table in the Social Hall during Social Hour to pick up an information packet and speak with a congregant host.

A PDF version of the order of service will be available each week by Saturday at https://uuaa.org/oos
