Location: Michigan Friends Center (MFC) at Friends Lake Cooperative

A post-Earth Day conversation on making choices around sourcing and
consuming food that will optimize our impact on the earth and the beings
that inhabit it. Resource people Jan Wright (zero waste activist), Margot
Finn (food historian), and Karen Chalmer (biodynamic farmer) will kick off
the conversation, weaving together three distinctive perspectives on
sustainable eating, then the community will be encouraged to join the
conversation.
There is no charge for the event, but all contributions to the upkeep of
MFC are appreciated.
