[menscouncil] Fwd: Men’s dinner

Greg Humbel (out of town) and Jeff Poliner (COVID) both canceled in the
last day or so - after food was ordered.

Neither has paid yet. Jeff asked if we'd still like him to pay.

My recommendation is to not charge them. Thoughts?

Registrations now stand at 46, after three cancellations and one late
addition.

We're paying for 52 meals. My inclination is to send one more email to
invite a few late registrations. I can monitor any additions and turn off
the form once we hit or get close to 52.

My hunch is that we might pick up one of two late regs. The form has
remained open: we received two registrations on Monday and one more Tuesday.

Second call for thoughts?
