   As a suggestion.....we could ask the late cancel guys to voluntarily
contribute $20 to pay their share of the caterer costs only, because we
can't adjust our cost with the caterer at this late stage. We can adjust
quantities for everything we buy ourselves (beer, dessert, etc.).
