[menscouncil] date considerations

As you know we will consider whether we can change our usual Saturday AM
time to another time in the week. Please think about that.
Options are, from my own perspective,

Some Mondays in the evening (not 2nd)
Some Tuesdays in the evening (not 2nd or 4th)
Wednesdays in the evening
Sundays after service
We may still keep Saturday 8 AM if nothing else works better.
