Our meeting of the council was today, John. There is support for the budget
and the menu is OK. Go ahead with the dinner plan having them do the
catering of the food and dinnerware. Are you good being the steward of the
food during the event?

We'll take care of drinks and desserts (I'll purchase and organize the bar)
