[menscouncil] Men's Council Meetings for the rest of the year

Guys, there were only 6 of us today with only 1 absence anticipated. I had
sent a reminder with the agenda a week ago but missed reminding you
yesterday.
There were mistakes with the zoom link (in fact two different links were
active) and it took us a while to get started, but it seems that we have
decided the bigger things of the dinner which was the main reason for
today's meeting

The dates for our meetings are

May 13
July 8
September 9
November 11
January 13

If you anticipate not being available then, we still could try to move it
if you tell me soon. Close to the meeting you'll get reminders and I would
appreciate hearing if you will not be able to join.

If the second Saturday morning is problematic, I could hear a motion to
change it. So far I have not heard it and that's why I have continued with
it. I really prefer scheduling our very few meetings so that we are all
here rather than miss anybody's voice.

Speaking of which, i will need to miss July 8 unless we can change it to
June 24 or July 29. My inclination is to move it to June 24 if all of you
can make it.
