[menscouncil] clarifying what the option could be for Alpha House cookout

I reviewed the information i had from Joanie Parker and one of the options
seems like it could work for us

She said
If Men's Council is interested in the June dates (Saturday, June 24 or
Sunday, June 25) , one option is to do a BBQ, or it could be something
cooked at UUAA and delivered fully prepared. The BBQ idea is sort of fun,
but it may require taking in grills. (I'll ask Sandy Eyl to find out if
there are grills on-site). It depends on what the Men's Council would want
their priority to be: if building community among members, maybe the better
approach is to cook together at UUAA. If the goal is to make a special
event for Alpha House, maybe the best option is to do a BBQ on their
grounds.
She also said that the Women council could provide sides.

So, I say
These dates don't conflict with the Men's Dinner and we might want to take
this on. I can follow up on whether they have grills at the site and then
we could see whether and how we take care of it. Would anybody among us
like to take this on, assuming that some other men from among the larger
Men community might help cooking?
