[menscouncil] clarifying what the option could be for Alpha House cookout

Pat, is this an event we are advertising to the larger UUAAMen google
group? Or is it just for the 9 of us on the Council?

My challenge is planning anything for May, June, or July. My oldest is
graduating from college and I will be moving him back home in May after
graduation. In June and July, Kathy and I will be helping him find an
apartment for his new job, emptying out two storage lockers in Pennsylvania
of my Father-in-Laws, and moving the furniture to his new home. Probably
this will be multiple weekends worth of work. I have to leave these months
open at this time since we can't narrow it to a specific date and there are
multiple peoples schedules involved.

As I mentioned before, note our council is about creating men's
programming. I think that putting the word out on our UUAA men mailing
list. If there is not an interest, we should ditch the Alpha House
responsibility.
