[menscouncil] Request to Men's Council from UUAA Hospitality Committee

Dear Men's Council person;
I write you in my capacity as a member of the UUAA Hospitality Committee.

Mandy Beal, Lissa Oliver and I have a request we wish you to consider.

Would the Men's council be willing to, six times a year (once every other
month)  supply a team (3 - 6 men) to clean up after the late service
hospitality hour?

Your consideration would be greatly appreciated.  I would act as the
liaison and point of contact, herd rider, friendly reminder guy and one who
would also pitch in and help when needed.  I'd be willing to make a pitch
for this at a Men's council gathering.

Also, if you take this on, I will show up the first few times to help
orient team members to the tasks.

The same is being asked of the Women's Council.

Your consideration would be greatly appreciated.  If you want to make room
on a gathering agenda, I would happily show up to discuss, ask and listen.

As an indication of the tasks, I've attached our current "checklist" for
those who take this on.
