[menscouncil] Request to Men's Council from UUAA Hospitality Committee

Hi Allen,

I currently chair the Men's Council.

I would give a tentative yes, that we would be interested in helping with
the clean up once every other month.

We just (Nov. 16) had our regular bimonthly Council meeting. Our next one
is scheduled for January 11, when we can discuss this as part of our new
business.

In the meantime, we can send your proposal to the UUAA Men Google group, to
get a rough count of how many people in our fellowship would be interested
in helping out.

How does the sign up work? Do you sign-up genius to collect names and send
reminders? Or is it up to us to do the recruiting and make sure there are
3-6 men who show up on our assigned dates?

Thank you for giving us this opportunity to contribute to Sunday services.
We'll be able to give you a firm answer by January.
