Before you buy your next stove, learn about the new induction stoves. Forget everything you remember about old electric stoves, because induction stoves are totally different. They:
- cook much faster than gas
- control temperature better than gas, with greater and more precise range
- are much more efficient (90% compared to gas’s 40%)
- heat only the pot and food, not the stovetop or kitchen
- don’t put methane into the air you breathe
- are easy to clean—spills don’t burn since the cooktop doesn’t get hot
- qualify for Inflation Reduction Act rebates!
- plus, they don’t use fossil fuels!!!
