The Board of Trustees (BoT) holds periodic Listening Sessions about topics of interest to the Congregation. These are opportunities for all to have their voices heard, learn more about others' perspectives, and ask questions of Board members. The topic for this session is "Rolling Strategic Planning," the process that the Board has been putting in place for Strategic Planning in order to make the process more timely and meaningful.
