Food Literacy for All
Every Tuesday through April 14, 6:30pm
UM Sustainable Food Systems presents its 10th Food Literacy for All, a virtual webinar series featuring local and global food system leaders. This 2-credit course for students is also free and open to the public.
It began Jan. 14 and runs every Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm until April 14. Co-led by Amanda Edmonds (UM Program in the Environment faculty) and Julius Buzzard (Director of Growing Hope), the focus is on food sovereignty and food access.
