Election Resources from UUCivs

Absentee voting has started, and early in-person voting starts October 26! Here are two resources to consider:

• Candidate forum videos: The League of Women Voters of Washtenaw County has great voting resources and recorded candidate forums, including with judges, state representatives, Ann Arbor School Board, Ypsilanti City Council, and supreme court justices. The League also posted an opinion on Ann Arbor Proposals C andD regarding election issues.
• Community solar presentation: This presentation by the Solar Faithful Network describes the concept of community solar and the energy justice and environmental issues it addresses. There is also a discussion about the community solar bills stalled in the Michigan legislature, and the 13-day window to bring them to a vote. You will need this passcode: U1c#$?$R
