Food and Fireworks – June WomUUns Social Event

Saturday, June 27, 7:00pm, Kensington Metropark
Friends and family are all welcome this year at the annual Fourth of July Celebration from 7:00pm to 11:00pm at Kensington Metropark. The WomUUn’s Group will gather at Maple Beach where there will be a potluck dinner. Fireworks begin at dusk. The daily parking fee for the park is $10, unless you have the Huron-Clinton Metroparks Pass.

Please bring:

  • a dish to pass – something that does not need to be cooked onsite
  • beverages
  • towels and swimsuits if you plan to swim
  • insect repellent
  • lawn chairs, lawn games, and sand toys
  • family and friends! This is an all-gender, all-ages social outing
