The Zero Waste Team works with the congregation to help achieve UUAA's goal of Zero Waste as part of the Year Zero campaign. They work with the staff and lay leaders to divert food waste to compost, promote re-usables (like coffee mugs!), and reduce paper use, They also educate the congregation about ways they can work towards zero waste at home. New team members are always welcome.
