Latin Music & Dance Celebration!

Saturday, June 13, 6:00pm – 9:00pm, Social Hall

The Immigration Action Coalition (IAC) is cosponsoring a fundraiser to benefit the Michigan Immigrant Rights Center, along with the Ann Arbor Reconstructionist Congregation, under the umbrella of the Interfaith Funds for Immigrant Justice coalition.
The fundraiser will benefit the Michigan Immigrant Rights Center. MIRC is one of the leading providers in the state of legal resources for immigrants.
The evening will feature Paul Vornhagen’s Afro-Cuban jazz band Tumbao Bravo. The music is suitable for both listening and dancing. Dinner from Pilar’s Tamales and a cash bar will be available starting at 6:00pm. Mambo Marci will provide a salsa lesson starting at 6:30pm, and the band will come on at 7:15pm and play until 9:00pm.
It should be a joyful celebration that supports an important cause. Plan to attend and support our immigrant neighbors! Tickets are $50 per person. Deadline to register June 6. Watch for registration details coming soon!
