A congregational resolution, “Faith in Action: Solidarity with Palestinians.” has been drafted by UUAA’s UUs for Justice in the Middle East (UUJME). The proposed resolution is a response to the “Solidarity with Palestinians” Action of Immediate Witness (AIW) that was adopted by delegates at the 2024 UUA General Assembly. It asks us to pledge to be an apartheid-free community and to witness, educate, and advocate in solidarity with Palestinians in their struggle for freedom and equality.
