Sunday September 21st
Freedom in Community: UUAA’s Annual Newcomer/Visitor Sunday
Two services this Sunday, 9:30am and 11:30 am; in person and online at www.uuaa.org/service
Founded in the spirit of rebellion, Unitarian Universalism sought greater individual and communal freedom within religion. That freedom is liberating – a salvific (life saving) force in the lives of many – and, it comes with responsibility. What does it mean to live into Unitarian Universalism’s liberating sense of freedom, balanced in community with others?
If you would like to join UUAA staff in “wearing your values” this Sunday, please do! Perhaps a T-shirt, a cap, or even just a button that states what you believe. And we have buttons available near the entrance if you don’t have anything at home.
A reminder that there is a social hour following each service.
A PDF version of the order of service is available by Saturday of each week at https://uuaa.org/oos [You can use the electronic version to help UUAA with our Zero Waste goal.]
