Upcoming Vision 2050 Events

Together, we crafted a vision at UUAA that invites us to build the beloved community through anti-racism/anti-oppression, radical welcome, and climate action/climate justice. Each week we highlight opportunities to get involved; scroll through this Weekly News to get more information about these events.

• May 5 – Take a survey (before the deadline) to help the Vision Support Committee and our communications team determine how congregants get news and info about UUAA.
• May 8 – Attend an in-person candidate forum to become informed about those who want to be the next sheriff of Washtenaw County.
• Now – Purchase tickets for the May 11 performance of Clyde’s, a fun play in Detroit that shares a restorative justice and food justice focus.
• Ongoing – Always use the correct bins for food scraps and waste, ensuring UUAA achieves our goal of Zero Waste.
